Cancellations
If you cannot make your appointment, you need to give us 24 hours notice of your cancellation. Otherwise a cancellation fee will be charged.
If you cannot get hold of us on the phone, you can leave a message on the Center's answer phone, or text us on 021 382 197.
Express Treatments
If you require several beauty treatments and are in a hurry, we can organise to have 2 or more of our therapists available for you at the same time. For example you could get your eyelash extensions, manicures and pedicures done at the same time.
